Michael applies his background as a real estate broker to his practice of handling and facilitating a broad spectrum of real estate transactions and corporate matters. He counsels developers and investors in the acquisition, development, leasing, disposition, and financing of a variety of commercial, industrial, and multifamily residential real estate ventures. 

 

In the years before joining Buckner, Robinson & Mirkovich, Michael worked at the law firm of Cummins & White, where he focused on corporate and real estate transactions involving retail and gas station properties, as well as at Passco Companies. In this multifamily real estate investment company, he served under the general counsel and as the Offering Memorandum Manager. Before his legal career, Michael worked as a Realtor in Orange County, CA, and maintains a CA Real Estate Brokers License.
