Ms. Ricci's extensive background covers all facets of commercial real estate, with a primary focus on:

  • Commercial real estate development and redevelopment, guiding clients through the entire development lifecycle, from initial concept to completion.
  • Leasing, representing investors, landowners, landlords and tenants in negotiating and closing hundreds of lease agreements with national and regional anchor tenants and shop tenants.
  • Finance and acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating land acquisitions, dispositions, and related documents.
  • Declarations and development agreements, including drafting and negotiating declarations, CC&Rs, reciprocal access agreements, property use restrictions, easements, and development agreements.
  • Corporate and transactional agreements, including drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate documents, such as: corporate formation documents, operating agreements and bylaws, partnership agreements, corporate resolutions and consents, and transfer and assignment documents.
