- Finance and acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating land acquisitions, dispositions, and related documents.
- Declarations and development agreements, including drafting and negotiating declarations, CC&Rs, reciprocal access agreements, property use restrictions, easements, and development agreements.
- Corporate and transactional agreements, including drafting and negotiating a variety of corporate documents, such as: corporate formation documents, operating agreements and bylaws, partnership agreements, corporate resolutions and consents, and transfer and assignment documents.
