Elizabeth Estes Ricci

Elizabeth Estes Ricci is a partner of the firm and a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups.

Ms. Ricci’s practice specializes in all matters involving commercial real estate with an emphasis on commercial retail development and leasing. Her representation is primarily focused on landowners, landlords and property managers where she has negotiated hundreds of leases with well-known anchor tenants in shopping centers across the United States. Ms. Ricci also has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating land acquisitions and dispositions, easements, CC&Rs, declarations and development agreements.

Ms. Ricci earned her law degree from Whittier Law School in 2003 and her Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Long Beach in 1994.
