Andrew is a partner of the firm and a member of the firm's Real Estate, Finance and Corporate Practice Groups.

Andrew's real estate practice involves the representation and counsel of individuals, investment companies, and institutional investors across a multitude of real estate asset classes, including retail, industrial, office, and multi-unit residential. He has a broad range of experience with handling all aspects of real estate transactions ranging from site acquisition, development, leasing, finance, management, and disposition. Andrew routinely negotiates and facilitates the closing of over $150,000,000 on an annual basis of various real estate transactions of all sizes and complexities. He is also well versed with 1031 exchange mechanics and the careful navigation required for both downleg and upleg transactions.

Andrew's business and corporate practice focuses on the careful drafting, negotiation, and review of various business and corporate law matters including simple and complex M&A transactions, joint ventures, negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, business entity formation and organization, entity governance issues, and general corporate counsel. He regularly advises business entities on strategic management decisions as well as short-term, medium-term, and long-term business planning. He takes a no-nonsense and practical approach in working with his clients and enjoys the trusted relationships that develop as a result.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew's practice focused on business and insurance defense litigation as well as appellate law. He has both successfully defended and facilitated the settlement of several multimillion-dollar lawsuits based on claims of unfair business practices, trade secret misappropriation and breach of contract. Andrew has also successfully argued and defended multiple matters on appeal before the California Courts of Appeal for both the Second District and Fourth District.

Andrew earned his law degree from Santa Clara University and his bachelor of science degree from the University of Southern California. At USC, Andrew was a member of the Men's Varsity Water Polo Team, and was and remains actively involved with his fraternity, Beta Theta Pi.
